Program Description
HR Pros sends transactional SMS messages to contractors who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number when submitting insurance policies or related documents for review. Messages include clarification questions and completion notifications related to underwriting review. HR Pros does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Consent
Contractors provide their mobile phone number in the body of an email submission. Upon receipt of the message, an email response is generated asking the contractor to OPT IN to SMS services for follow up questions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the review process and typically includes clarification questions and one completion notification.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan.
