The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has stated they recognize the continuing impact of the pandemic on business operations and have extended the deadline to submit and certify 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 Reports to Monday, October 25, 2021.  Regardless, the EEOC is encouraging eligible employers to file the required EEO-1 Component 1 report(s) as soon as possible.

Please note the EEOC states this new deadline is the FINAL DEADLINE, and all eligible filers MUST submit data by this date.  No additional changes to the filing deadline will be made.

Filers should visit the EEO-1 Component 1 website athttps://EEOCdata.org/eeo1for the latest filing updates and additional information.  By visiting the Filer Support Center located athttps://EEOCdata.org/eeo1/support, filers can request assistance as well as find helpful resources on how to file the 2019/2020 EEO-1 Component 1 Reports.
