The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recently recirculated a portion of their 2016 comprehensive report on harassment in the workplace. It consists of various charts identifying risk factors for harassment and possible employer response strategies to reduce the risks.
These charts can be an invaluable tool when evaluating risk factors.
